About Design
Finally, we have found the right material to protect your precious things in various environments.
Its unique leather-tanned suede cowhide leather, with its advanced features, adds waterproofing and flame retardancy, making this unique leather safer from rain, snow, moisture and cold.
Now, our challenge was how to protect the device with this new material, how nicely and how many different sizes.
The Arte di mano style we chose for fastening is the 'string fastening', which is the most classic and flexible way to respond to the most diverse sizes. In general, wrap the item once with string and put the end of string in the space when second wrap for fastening.
Regardless of the size of the device, it can be wrapped stably, and the space size of the fastening part is also adjustable so you can adjust the space to your liking.

On the outside and inside, they are mixed-matched with Buttero leather, a typical high-quality vegetable Italian leather.
This part is not only a point in design, but also a guide for hold the upper side more easily and conveniently when locking.
When you choose the initial stamping option, you can stamp on the patched part.

The Q2 with the hood and lens cap is the maximum size,
it is compatible with M Series, Q Series and smaller cameras.

Especially, This carrying pouch is designed for those who want to protect the camera on the shoulder by using the strap of the camera.
It has cover on front side.
And you can see strap hole under cover.

- How to use -
Put camera into pouch. Just put the camera back to the strap hole.
Take the strap out of the strap hole.
And then cover the cover.
Fold the entrance with the guide patch.
Adjust the space of the fastening area appropriately and wrap the strap once alongside the fastening area.
And then put the end of the strap into the fastening part on the second way.
Now you can safely carry the camera in any weather. :)

* Difference between Normal and Special initials
Normal initials can be engraved at a low cost, but due to the low depth of text, the leather may be less legible or may have a some kind of border. Special initials, on the other hand, have a deep letter depth, so there is no fear of a border being printed on them. All logos of our brands use special initial system, so there may be a difference in the inscription and legibility of our logos when applying for normal initials.

Water proof suede leather, with the advantages of soft and breathable suede, is specially designed for the protection of the device regardless of the weather. All leather is supplied after the waterproofing test of SCOTCHGARD (a 3M brand in the U.S. doing business on anti-oil and water pollution).
All of our works is based on Order to made system. Working period is 2-3 weeks for straps and about 4-5 weeks for half-cases usually.
So we need about 4 weeks for work and shipping takes about 1-3 business days from ordered date.
Of course if we can, we will do our best for reduce period. And you can see our most recently news about work and new products on our Instagram & facebook page.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. About Duty & Tax - Especially for US customer
Basically all duties and taxes are imposed by the importing country on the importer, and are the responsibility of the importer, not the producer.
We've recently received a significant number of inquiries from consumers in the United States regarding duties and taxes. This is due to the US government's decision to eliminate the de minimis exemption and establish additional duties. Details are below.
Starting August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for all international shipments to the US will be discontinued, and all imports valued at $800 or less will now be subject to duties and taxes. The rates vary by item, and additional duties may apply in addition to the base rate.
While all countries are the same, for US citizens, duties and taxes are imposed by the US government on US citizens, and are imposed on the importer and user, not the producer. Please keep this in mind.
2. Important Policy Changes Regarding Refunds Upon PayPal Payment Cancellations
PayPal charges a 4.4% fee to sellers by default, which is non-refundable in the event of a refund. For example, if a payment of USD 1,000.00 is immediately refunded, the seller will pay a USD 44.00 fee to PayPal for the transaction, even though no actual purchase was made. This fee is non-refundable. This is especially true for simple refunds, as well as frequent changes in transaction amounts due to changes in options or purchases of other products.
For this reason, refunds or partial refunds requested by PayPal customers will be returned as credits that can be used at any time on our website. This policy applies to PayPal payments only. Please note that refunds and partial refunds are available as before for other payment methods.

Bags : About 6-12 weeks usually.
Camera cases : About 7-10 weeks usually.
Camera straps & small goods : About 7-10 weeks usually.
Leather skins : About 4-6 weeks usually.
2. Shipping (After work)
We use Fedex shipping service with tracking number. It take about 3-5 business days usually.
3. Tax & Duty
Tax or Duty are not included in price. Tax and Duty will be decide by your local custom and it is just on your treat. If you need any other help about this, please contact us before order.
We refuse any type of return because of Tax or Duty, in this case you just can get a refund except all kind of cost.
4. Return policy
If there is quality issue or something wrong about order detail, we will do our best to solve the problem and we will accept return and refund. But because it is order to made product, we do not accept return or refund without quality issue.
5. Payment
We accept several payment. But if you use paypal payment, please check about refund policy on important notice
6. Change order detail
In principle, order details cannot be changed after an order is placed. However, since production time includes waiting time, if actual work on your requested item has not yet begun, we can accommodate your request. If you need assistance with a change, please let us know as soon as possible. We will review and revise your order, but we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed as requested.
