Starting August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for all international shipments to the US will be discontinued, and all imports valued at $800 or less will now be subject to duties and taxes. The rates vary by item, and additional duties may apply in addition to the base rate.

PayPal charges a 4.4% fee to sellers by default, which is non-refundable in the event of a refund.
