About Design,
The octagonal plate-shaped molding tray is manufactured using traditional water molding techniques.
The water molding technique is a traditional technique that utilizes the properties of leather that softens when wet with water and the property that hardens as wet leather dries.
It has the property of shrinking when dried, so it is usually dried in a mold. Due to these characteristics, it takes approximately 3 to 4 days for complete drying to produce a single product from one mold.
A completely dried tray is completed by removing unnecessary parts, carving the corners, adding decorative lines, and finishing the cross section neatly.
The molding tray completed in this way is made using Butero leather, a representative high-end vegetable tanned leather, as a single layer raw material, so it conveys the natural physical properties of leather.
The molding tray is manufactured in a stackable form, making it excellent for storage when not in use.
Tray products are receiving a lot of attention not only as personal products, but also as store supplies that fill cafes or commercial spaces with custom logos, and as event gifts for brands or organizations. :)

2. Types of Leather
Buttero / Pueblo
Buttero / Single layer
Butero is manufactured as a single layer with a thickness of approximately 3mm.
On the back, you can feel the smooth texture of the back of Buttero.
Pueblo / Double layer
Pueblo leather, which is approximately 2 mm long, is made by joining two pieces of leather together.
For this reason, both the inside and the outside are made from pueblo facings.

The leather is vegetable-processed using the finest French hides. Pueblo is an art-finish leather from BADALASSI CARLO, a tannery famous for the Minerva box.
It is a leather that expresses details by rolling specially crafted iron beads on Minerva leather with a flat surface to create fine artificial scratches on the leather. When viewed in the state of a director, it is rather similar to a wounded leather, but if you look at the finished work as a product, you can see the expression of texture as an artistic attempt beyond that. Please refer to the result. It is a popular leather that is increasingly in demand around the world. It is recommended for those who enjoy the vintage feel.
